How do I cancel or change my order?
Due to our rapid manufacturing time, order changes must be made within a 24 hour time frame from when the order was placed. Cancellations will only be accepted up until 48 hours after you place your order.
How do I get Fabric Samples?
Please contact us for free swatches to be mailed to your home or office. Please allow 7 to 14 days for your swatches to arrive. Overnight Fed-Ex swatch service is available for a charge of $14.00. Please contact us at 1-562-685-4609 for questions regarding our fabrics or this service
What if my product arrives damaged?
It is your responsibility to inspect your order when it arrives to make sure that it is what you ordered and that the item(s) are undamaged. If the freight arrives and the contents are visibly damaged, please refuse the damaged item and contact us immediately at (562)685-4609, so we can get a made and sent out as soon as possible. Please note that if you accept the item and sign off on the freight bill presented by the delivery person, you are considered to have accepted the product in good condition, and cannot request replacement furniture if you later see damage.
